- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel in place. Please have paper towel roll placed in dispenser to prevent it from becoming contaminated and please remind staff to keep hand sink free of items at all times - a item was removed from the hand sink and transferred to the three compartment sink at the time of the inspection.
- 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
- Please have food handling permit posted inside the facility in a spot that is visible to the public. Please send me a photo when the permit has been posted and I will send you an updated inspection report.
