    • 02. Is all food in this facility from an approved source and/or properly labelled?
      • Several red and orange syrup filled jars were present with no labels. When inspector asked where they were prepared, the operator stated they were made at home. All food and beverages must be handled, prepared, assembled, cooked or served either from your booth or from an approved food establishment. Home prepared or packaged foods cannot be used at a special event and were removed from the booth.
