      • Corrective Action(s): Immediately make sure that all dishes and utensils are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried. Use 200 ppm quats sanitizer is sink to sanitize. Use dishwasher to sanitized only when it can provide a 50ppm chlorine final sanitizing rinse. Date to be corrected by Immediately
