      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Tongs are washed and air dried on site but are not being sanitized.
      • Corrective Action(s): Tongs can be cleaned and sanitized using main kitchen dishwasher or wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry using 2 compartment sink. Sanitize using quats sanitizer suitable for use on food utensils (as per label on bottle).

      • Observation: There is no cold water and hot water has very little pressure at hand washing sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Hand washing sink to have hot and cold water under pressure to facilitate hand washing. In the meantime, the two comparment sink is accessible and being used for hand washing.
