- The following area/items need cleaning:-ceiling around vents where dusty-some of the crates and containers stored on the floor-the popcorn machinePlease clean these areas/items.There are also several container and crates being used as shelving. As these are directly on the floor, makes it more difficult to properly clean the floor and these items are also getting dirty. Please store items up off the floor on shelving or carts with wheels.

- Fridge and freezer temperatures are not being recorded on a daily basis. Please check and record temperatures at least once daily.

- Taps were not being shut off with paper towel after handwashing. Shut off taps with paper towel to avoid re-contaminating hands after washing. Corrected during inspection.

- Eggs in prep cooler were being stored on a shelf with cooked/ready-to-eat foods below. Store eggs on lowest shelf/below cooked and ready-to-eat foods.

- As compost pail normally sits on the ground, do not store it on top of pop bottles or anywhere else it could contaminate food, utensils or food contact surfaces. Corrected during inspection.

- Sausage rolls were being left out at room temperature. Are to be kept refrigerated. Corrected during inspection.

- Some food items in top of prep coolers were in larger inserts that caused the food to sit too high in the cooler so these foods (cut vegetables) were at 7C. Cheese was also not sitting in an insert but on top of metal surface; was at 8C. Ensure foods are not sitting too high in the top of the prep cooler so they remain at 4C or less.

- The paper towel at the front handsink is subject to contamination from use of the handsink as it not in enclosed dispenser and is right beside the sink. Put paper towel into an enclosed dispenser.

- Damaged spatula. Was discarded during inspection.

- Some of the tongs hanging on handle of stove had some food debris on them. Corrected during inspection; removed to dishwashing area.The popcorn machine needs cleaning. Please clean and sanitize the interior of the popcorn machine.Please also ensure the blender blades get sanitized after cleaning.

- Overall cleanliness is very good, just a couple areas need more frequent cleaning:-shelf and outside of containers on shelf to right of prep sink-floor under 3-compartment sink where there is some debris-yellow crates
