- The handle of the scoop used to portion small pork pieces for customers was observed in contact with the meat. Staff put the scoop in its designated position.

- Flies were observed on the walls in the dim sum and bakery area. Remove plants on the counters in the bakery area, ensure the drains are well cleaned, fix leaks and ensure kitchen areas are dry.

- A water leak was observed on the floor, on the small space between the tables/counters of the bakery and sushi department. Investigate the cause of the leak and repair unit.

- At the time, there were no sanitizers prepared in pails or spray bottles. It was reminded to operators to have it prepared and used throughout the day. Used cloths were set on counters/cutting board tables.Note: when cleaning and sanitizing, please clean high touch areas such as handles.

- A wooden cutting board in the meats department was observed to be in disrepair. Ensure utensils are maintained to be smooth, durable and easy to clean. The operator discarded the indicted cutting board during the inspection.

- 1. Plastic wrap with a buildup of grime was observed on electrical outlets in the seafood department. 2. A buildup of grime was observed on the handles of the rolling carts in the main hot-food kitchen area. 1-2. Ensure that the indicated areas are cleaned and sanitized.
