- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) No active sanitizer detected in sanitizer (hypochlorite) spray bottles. (Public Health Significance) Sanitizing solutions must be strong enough to destroy bacteria on surfaces to prevent the contamination of staff, clients or food on contact with the improperly cleaned surface.
- Corrective Action: Ensure sanitizer used is approved for food contact surfaces. Hypochlorite was discarded and bleach solution prepared by operator. It measured 200 ppm.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Toys and decoration supplies found in food preparation areas. Also, disposable cups labelled "bathroom cups" used in the facility for kids snacks.
- Corrective Action: These items were taken out of the food premise. Operator is aware that items not required for food premise operation should not be kept on the premises. Also, ony to use food grade containers/supplies.

- Observation: Observed box of Sauce cup lids stored directly on the floor.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that all food and food contact packaging are stored atleast six inches off the floor. This facilitates cleaning, monitoring of pest activity and prevention of contamination from spill/

- Observation: Observed heavy debris build-up on popcorn Kettle.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that the popcorn Kettle is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to being used.

- Corrective Action: Ensure that the microwave is regularly cleaned and sanitized.

- Observation: Observed single use disposable fruit/pastry tray being used. Single use items can not be easily cleaned and sanitized.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that single use disposable items are discarded/recycled after use.

- Observation: Observed no thermometers in reach-in cooler/freezer.
- Corrective Action: Ensure that each refrigeration/freezer unit is supplied with a thermometer.
