- Observation: There is no written Food Safety Plan in the facility.
- Corrective Action: Refer to the Food Safety Plan template that was provided by the EHO and write a plan.

- Observation: The sewage holding tank is not operational because the contents are frozen. The facility cannot operate as sewage and grey water cannot be deposited into the sewage holding tank.
- Corrective Action: Thaw out the sewage and have the tank pumped out.
