    • 212 - Operator has not provided acceptable written food handling procedures [s. 23]
      • Observation: There is no written Food Safety Plan in the facility.
      • Corrective Action: Refer to the Food Safety Plan template that was provided by the EHO and write a plan.
    • 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
      • Observation: The sewage holding tank is not operational because the contents are frozen. The facility cannot operate as sewage and grey water cannot be deposited into the sewage holding tank.
      • Corrective Action: Thaw out the sewage and have the tank pumped out.
    • 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
      • Observation: The dish washing machine cannot be operated because of the frozen sewage holding tank.
      • Corrective Action: Have the sewage holding tank put back into operating condition. Turn on the dish washing machine and complete a cycle. Take a photo of the Rinse cycle temperature gauge and email it to the EHO.
    • 311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
      • Observation: There is no heat/ splash guard behind the new stove.
      • Corrective Action: Install a heat shield/ heat guard that is at least 36 inches high.
    • 314 - Operator has not provided acceptable written sanitation procedures [s. 24]
      • Observation: There is no written Sanitation Plan in the facility.
      • Corrective Action: Refer to the Sanitation Plan provided by the EHO and write a plan.
    • 315 - Refrigeration units and hot holding equipment lack accurate thermometers [s. 19(2)]
      • Observation: There are not accurate indicating thermometers in all refrigeration units.
      • Corrective Action: install accurate indicating thermometers in all refrigeration units
