- Take quarterly samples at least 60 days and not more than 120 days after a sample was taken for that purpose in the previous three-month period.

- The owner shall designate an operator, provide the location of the drinking water system and notify the Medical Officer of Health of any changes to the drinking water system.
- Designate an operator who will have primary responsibility in fulfilling any duties under this Regulation.
- Notify the Medical Officer of Health of any change in the operator or in the name or address of the designated operator.
