- Confirmed that current food handling permit (on display on the wall inside the kitchen component) is expired on March 31, 2025.Subsequently, our Department had reached out to our CZ Permit Administrator (on behalf of the Program Director) to have a valid 2025 - 2026 food handling permit issued - pending.In the interim, continue to post expired food handling permit until the new valid one is emailed. Once received, print and discard expired food permit.

- AIR DRYING OF DISHES FOLLOWING MANUAL DISHWASHING:Current material being used for drying bowls/plates absorbs water and potentially could allow the regrowth of disease causing bacteria. Subsequently, would recommend the discontinuation of the current material and instead use bar matting to allow water from the wet dishes to drain away from the bowls and plates. Would be identical to what is used for glassware in bars and lounges.
