      • Excess debris accumulation evident in various areas including rear dishwasher room flour mixing area, microwave interior, public washroom floors, kitchen cutting boards, etc. Immediate cleaning required, routine schedule MUST be in place for ALL AREAS of establishment. Note - this has been noted on previous inspection reports.Jan 8/26 Update:Cleaning has improved in general kitchen area, however flour accumulation still an issue in the back, as well as public washroom & dining area carpeting. DAILY cleaning schedules must be in place for cleaning of all these areas.

      • Cardboard used on floors and shelving in areas, as well as cloth table covering in areas, this is unacceptable. All surfaces must be smooth & impervious to moisture so as to be easily cleaned & sanitized. all cardboard, table cloth coverings etc to be removed from use.

      • Debris, soil accumulation evident on public washroom floors, general flooring (dance floor & area). Routine (i.e. daily) cleaning/mopping/sanitizing required to reduce accumulation.

      • Several unfinished/rough/raw wood surfaces in kitchen area, including storage shelving, table/shelf storage units (pizza oven storage table, dishwash machine storage surface edges, etc), kitchen prep counter surface edges. Re-surfacing/painting of all these areas are required to ensure smooth, impervious surface for adequate cleaning/sanitizing.Ceiling surfaces in dishwash area in deteriorated condition, repair/re-surfacing required.Male washroom urinals removed, floor area in unfinished, rough condition. Finishing (re-tiling) required to ensure smooth surface for cleaning.August 29/23 update:- Majority of surfaces finished/painted as discussed, dishwash area ceiling to be finished with additional coat(s) of paint, further scraping required. Table top edges in main kitchen area to be painted.- Washroom floor area partially finished, full completion required asap.
