- Alcohol for antisepsis of skin has expired. Please replenish supply.
- 13. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Critical)?
- Operator was reusing files, buffers and toe separators. These items are one time use only. Operator will be discarding from now on.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- - Some semi-critical such as lash extension tools and manicure file heads were not being disinfected with the CS20. Operator addressed this during inspection. - CS20 was being kept for more than a day but was not being tested. - Equipment must be immersed in the CS20 for the full 20 minutes.
