- Three sanitizer spray bottles were observed and measured to be below 50 ppm quaternary ammonium (quats). The operator remade the sanitizer solutions, which were re-measured at 200 ppm and found to be within the effective concentration range of 200–400 ppm.---Please ensure that quaternary ammonium (quats) sanitizer solutions are prepared in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and that test strips are used to verify the solutions are prepared and maintained within the correct concentration range of 200–400 ppm.
