      • 1. One of the faucets in the 5A washroom was not in working condition.-Please repair the faucet and ensure all fixtures are in good working order.2. Slight worn toilet seat observed in preschool B classroom.-Please replace to ensure effective cleaning.

      • 1. Long, tangling wires were observed in some classrooms, including Toddler A & B and 5A.-Please secure or tag down the wires and keep them out of children’s reach to prevent the risk of entanglement.2. Bingo paint bottles were observed in the 5B classroom.-Please remove the identified paint bottles from the classroom and ensure that all craft or sensory materials provided to children are age-appropriate, non-toxic, washable, and display the AP logo.3. Stapled pins were also noted on the walls of 5B.-Please remove the stapled pins or cover them with appropriate protective materials to eliminate potential hazards and prevent children’s access.

      • 1. Hot water temperature was measured at 17.8 °C in most of the facility’s washrooms.-Please increase and maintain hot water temperature between 38 °C and 43 °C to support proper handwashing practices.2. A gap was observed between the handwashing sink and the adjacent wall, and mould growth was noted around the hand sink in the 5A washroom.-Please repair the sink area, clean thoroughly, and apply fresh sealant to prevent water infiltration and mould recurrence.3. One of the faucets in the 5A washroom was not in working condition.-Please repair the faucet and ensure all fixtures are in good working order.4. Slight worn toilet seat observed in preschool B classroom.-Please replace to ensure effective cleaning.
