Operator is advised to remove high risk food from this cooler, repair the cooler so that it can maintain its temperature at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Operator removed the high-risk food at the time of inspection. Temperature of the drinks cooler is recorded high in the front half of the cooler. Operator is advised to repair this cooler so that entire cooler temperature can be maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or below. Operator is advised to use an external thermometer to monitor the cooler temperature.
