SMALL FRUIT FLY INFESTATION THROUGHOUT PREMISES. FOUND ON WALLS ON BOTTLES BEHIND BAR ON UNCOVERED ICE. APPROXIMATELY OVER 100 FLIES IN BOTH BAR AREAS.
