      • Sanitizer available in the food processing area was measured above 200 ppm. Staff prepared a new solution at 100 ppm following the instructions posted by the dishwashing sink. Keep chlorine sanitizer in food processing area at 100-200 ppm.

      • A copy of the food handling permit is not posted in a location that is easily visible to clients. Post food handling permit in food service area.

      • Interior surfaces of the ice machine have mould-like growth. Remove all ice, and clean and sanitize the interior surface.

      • Dishwasher was not operational during the inspection. Please make sure required repairs are completed.

      • Some of the light bulbs in the prep area were burned out. Please make sure there is adequate lighting in the prep. area.

      • Walk-in cooler was not operational during the inspection. Temp. was measured at 42C. There was no perishable food stored in the walk-in cooler at the time of the inspection. Operator was aware of the situation.

      • *Food debris in the back storage /pantry area. Please make sure cleaning is done.*Some of cabinet cupboards handles were sticky. Please cleaning is done.
