- A noodle demonstration was being performed at the front and the noodles would be cooked afterwards. There was no sneezeguard or barrier to allow proper set back distances. Operator was asked to bring a table to place in front of the noodle table, have staff monitor the set back distance and/or place markers on the floor to remind customers to stay behind the line. Operator indicated that she would bring in a table.
