     • Observation(s): Staff on site today has been working as an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) since October. An email was provided to the Licensing Officer (LO) that stated an ECE certificate was issued December 18th 2018. The staff has not yet received the certificate. For the period October 2017 - 18th December 2017 staff did not yet hold an issued certificate
     • C3.2A - A person employed as an educator or an assistant must hold a certificate issued under Division 2; 19( 4 )(a)
   • C10.2 - Are children supervised, and are employee to children ratios maintained?
     • Observation(s): ECE on site today was working alone with children, prior to the issuance of an ECE certificate and without an approved exemption in place. This item is considered as resolved as per C3.2
     • C10.2C - Ensure the ratio of employees to children is no less than permitted in Schedule E; 34( 2 )(b)
