      • During the inspection the following were observed:1. Chemicals were stored under the handwash sink cabinet and the cabinet was not secured.2. The sanitizer bottle was not labelled.3. There were no chemical test strips to ensure the concentration of the sanitizer. The sanitizer was verified during the inspection to be at 100-200 ppm.The owner/operator of the facility is requested to conduct the following:1. Ensure all chemicals are stored properly (within a locked cabinet).2. Ensure all sanitizer bottles are labelled.3. Ensure the availability of test strips (to verify the concentration/efficacy of the sanitizer being used).

      • During the inspection the following was observed:1. The power outlets (located at the northeast wall) did not contain protective covers.The owner/ operator of the facility is requested to conduct the following:1. Ensure all power outlets (within the reach of children) have a protective cover installed.
