      • Observed five jars of Spicy pickled Kielbasa and egg products from Dobre Food & Catering on display in a broken cooler. Thus, high risk foods are not being kept at proper temperatures. Owner stated that the caterer has been informed of the broken cooler. Advised owner to remove products containing eggs from the display cooler during the inspection.Freezer temperature was at -22 C at the time of inspection.

      • Valid food handling permit not displayed at the time of inspection. Owner printed valid food handling permit during the inspection and posted it on site.Ensure valid food handling is posted in a place where it may be easily seen or cited when officer is on site.
