    • 06. Are appropriate food handling practices and plans in place to ensure that food is handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
      • At the time of inspection, I observed a staff member portioning chicken strips on top of the deep freezer. They were touching several surfaces with their gloved hands. No food handling is to occur in the storage room. Staff did move this task into the food preparation area and the deep freezers and handles were sanitized.
