- Observation(s): • Dairy based coffee creamer dispenser at 12°C. The operator stated that the cream was transferred from the larger cooler within the last hour. Corrective Action: • Adjust the temperature on the unit to ≤4°C. If the unit is unable to hold temperature, discontinue the use of the machine and/or have it serviced.

- Observation(s): • The wall between the two compartment sink and the mechanical room was damaged, with the base of the dry wall open and exposed. There is risk of pest entry/harbourage. Corrective Action: • Repair and seal the noted opening in the wall.
