      • 0 ppm chlorine was detected in the glasswasher. The glasswasher was run 3 times but no chlorine was detected. Operator began servicing the glasswasher at the time of the inspection. Operator was advised to wash glassware in the dishwasher until the glasswasher is serviced.

      • No pest control records were available. AHS pest control records will be emailed to the operator.
