      • Corrective Action(s): Do not produce any more of this product. Do not remove this held product from this premise and do not sell this product to the public. Hold on this product is in effect until it is reviewed and approved by Fraser Health.
      • Submit lab testing result of food to ensure it is not a shelf stable food along with required labelling for product. An update to the food safety plan is required also. Documents required in 1 week.
