- Damaged/deteriorated drywall finish evident on east room bay window area. Repair required to ensure smooth, impervious condition.Oct 16/24 update - minimal repair conducted, also surface deterioration noted near top of baby room half wall. Recent discussions with building maintenance (Wally) have advised they are scheduled for review/repair asap.Aril 8/25 Update - no changes. Phone discussion once again held with Wally, building maintenance team lead. Wally advised that due to staff turnover they've been unable to complete repairs. Wally advised he would consult with new maintenance supervisor (Shane Cherry), and would arrange to complete work by no later than April 18 (Easter weekend). Wally was advised to contact this office once work complete to arrange for follow up inspection.

- Toilet seats with deteriorated surfaces to be replaced with new, smooth & impervious surfacing to allow for easier cleaning/sanitizing.Loose paper towel unit in washroom facility, repair required. (Staff advises maintenance has been contacted about this issue and is scheduled for repair).March 7/24 update:Paper towel unit repaired/tightened as required.Deteriorated toilet seats still in use, repair/replacement required as previously requested. Operator advises apparently on order, has been difficult getting timely repair from building maintenance dept.
