   • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
     • Excessive debris & food waste accumulation evident in areas throughout cafeteria including soiled utensils, countertops, storage areas, cooking areas, storage units, preparations areas etc. Immediate cleaning/sanitizing required. Routine cleaning schedule to be in place to minimize accumulation. June 6/25 update - Kitchen manager (Nancy) advised during a phone consultation that the school had a multicultural food prep/service event the day before (Tuesday June 3), the facility was scheduled to be thoroughly cleaned the next day (June 4). Nancy was ill the next day and was unable to attend. Nancy stated that the next student class (late morning) commenced cleaning/sanitizing activities throughout until completed (inspection conducted approx 9:30 am). Follow up to be conducted.
