      • Dropping found behind chest freezers in the back and on the side of the coke/sprite cooler.Ensure prior to each event and a through cleaning takes place.

      • Dropping found behind chest freezers.Prior to the start of the events a through clean should be done to remove any dropping present. Also review the exterior and indentify and mitigate any possible entry points.

      • Chlorine sanitizing solution was at 25ppm. Needs to be at 100ppm. Which is 2ml per litre.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • No chlorine test strips on site.Updated Aug 9th - have test strips for chlorine but inadequate for food facilties. Need to purchase strips that can test up to at least 200 ppm.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • No paper towels at hand sink. CDI
