      • Broken/collapsed wall tiling behind cooking equipment, repair required.Dec 6/22 update - condition still exists, including behind dishwasher. Repair required to allow smooth/impervious surface for cleaning & sanitizing. Nov 23/23 update - previous repair has been conducted, however tiles have since fallen/collapsed. Operator advises stainless steel has been ordered, and is scheduled to be installed asap. Oct 29/24 Update - Wall tiling still damaged behind cooking and dishwasher areas. Maintenace staff indicated that stainless steel is on-site and is slated to be installed prior to January 1/24.
