      • Corrective Action(s): Relocated the samosas to the lower section of the pizza preparation cooler. Ensure all cold potentially hazardous foods are stored at or below 4 degrees C.

      • - Drainage at the 3 compartment sink appears to be clogged. Water drainage is slow.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Service the sliding glass door cooler. Do not use to store any cold potentially hazardous foods until serviced and unit is capable of maintaining 4 degrees C. Correct immediately.
      • - Operator has called a plumber to address the drainage issue. All equipment must be in good working order. 3 compartment sink must be available for manual warewashing. Correct immediately.

      • Corrective Action(s): Service the pizza prep cooler so it is able to maintain temperatures of 4°C. Ensure only small amounts of perishable food are stored in the inserts at a time (enough to use within a 2 hour period).
