- Observed that kitchen has not been in use, fridge unplugged, dirt and insect/ rodent debri observed in kitchen and rear side utility room.- At this time discussed with operator current plans for cleaning up premise.
- 15. Is the facility free of a pest infestation?
- Observed that premise is still having issues with mice in kitchen and rear side utility room (use of steel wool to seal up access points observed however, some areas were missed behind furnace and other areas of utility room).- Dead mouse found in snap trap in utility room (effective control)- Further action need at this time. -
