- Refrigeration units in assisted living (DSL 3) = House 1 and 4 temperatures observed between 1 to 4ºC, however House 2 & 3 refrigeration unit initially elevated at 6-8ºC, discussed and reviewed proper temperatures, logging and Proper reporting of issues to management at this time.- Directed site operators to review temperature logging and reporting procedures with all staff in the DSL units.Main kitchen coolers and freezers all in proper working order except for small cooler in dining area (temperatures as high as 8ºC recorded in unit).- Directed operators to have this unit either properly repaired or replaced.
