    • Any person who obstructs or attempts to interfere in any way with the work of an authorized person or an investigator in the performance of his or her duties shall be liable to the fine provided for in the first paragraph by, inter alia, misleading or attempting to mislead, molesting, intimidating, inconvenient or injuring him or, in the case of an authorized person, refusing or neglecting to obey an order that he or she is authorized to issue under this Act or its regulations.
