- New food handling permit will need to be issued to reflect this change in ownership of this facility which will occur on October 1, 2025.Finally, as discussed with new owners, re-locate food permit on the wall near the main front door entrance to ensure it can be easily seen by patrons - current location on the wall beside the office room is not ideal.APRIL 10, 2026 UPDATE:As discussed with the owner, please re-locate food handling permit to ensure it is in full view of all patrons.

- As discussed with John, the previous food safe certificate obtained in October 2025 is not AHS approved.Subsequently, our Department will email the list of approved on-line food safe courses to the owner to then relay to the Manager for follow-up.Once completed and certificate has been obtained, a photograph of this certificate should be emailed to our Department for our review and files.

- MEAT DEPARTMENT AREA:Observed burnt out ceiling light tubes - and which is the fixture above the meat band saw.Please replace either the light tubes and/or ballasts or the entire light fixture (as deemed necessary) in order to provide more adequate lighting levels in this area which easier facilitates cleaning.
