- Observed expired food handling permit and new valid food handling permit (starting from January 1, 2026) should have been emailed to the general food bank email address in either November or December 2025.If email with attached food handling permit is not found, please reach out to our EPH Department to facilitate the emailing of the new valid food permit.Finally, since the food bank is a not for profit organization, this is to reiterate that the food bank is exempt from the food handling permit fee - FYI.
