     • In the ceiling, above the stove, there is an approximately 8 inch X 8 inch square hole. It appears that there might have been a need to access water lines just above this hole, in the ceiling space.Corrective Action - Have this hole covered off with a solid panel or a flat style, cold-air return vent.
