     • In the kitchen prep area - the wall at the pizza prep table has become marked and worn over time.Operator is aware of these issues and is planning on repairing these areas.Please note that the kitchen will need to be closed while active repairs are in progress.TODAY - the wall is still outstanding to be repaired and refinished.Oct 27, 2023 - the wall is still an outstanding issue.The finished floor material in the kitchen is becoming worn and loose for the painted floor area as well as the laminate floor area.Feb 29, 2024 - operator has made a good start on the wall repair and repainting the walls in the pizza prep table area.Operator is looking into an appropriate floor paint for the concrete floors.So, renovation work has started and is a work in progress.April 24, 2024 - wall work is progressing and operator has made a plan to repaint the floor in sections. She is hoping to have this work completed by June 1, 2024.Nov 21, 2024 - operator is hoping that the contractor will be available to complete this work in Jan 2025.July 9, 2025 - still not completed.Jan 29, 2026 - the floor has been painted in the main kitchen area and is working towards the dish washer area and the front service counter. - the wall closer to the pizza oven is a work in progress, the tile materials are on hand. - operator is looking to completing this floor painting and tile work by May 31, 2026. - The laminate flooring to be completed at a later date. - Note - operator has boxed in the one patio door with insulation and bare wood - the bare wood (on the interior) will need to be painted.March 18, 2026 - more of the kitchen floor has been painted, but no other progress to report.
