- Hot line - A used cleaning cloth was stored on the refrigeration drawer unit.The cleaning cloth was placed in a pail of sanitizer. Keep cleaning cloths submerged in the sanitizer between uses.

- 1) Personal items such as clothing were stored in the storage room with foods and food service supplies.Store personal items separately.2) Dishwashing area - Fly strips with a small number of dead flies were hung above a moving rack with cleaning cutting boards.The moving rack was moved to a different area during the inspection.3) Hot kitchen - A cell phone was found on the countertop.The cell phone was taken to a separate area for storage during the inspection.4) Containers and boxes of food were stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer.Store foods at least 6 inches off the floor.

- The hand sink across from the walk-in units was blocked by a bin.The bin was removed from the hand sink. Ensure hand sinks are always accessible.

- The wall across from walk-in units behind collapsible crates was damaged.Repair the wall to a smooth and washable finish.

- Sandwich bar - There was food debris in the hard-to-reach areas of the food slicer.Disassemble equipment to its simplest form. Clean and sanitize all parts thoroughly.
