      • Surface and equipment sanitizer, bleach solution, was measured at 800ppm.Please adjust and maintain bleach solution concentration at 100 ppm. 800ppm bleach solution is inappropriate for food surfaces or equipment.

      • Facility not monitoring and documenting food temperatures at arrival and serving times.-Please monitor food temperatures (both hot and cold) and maintain log records as required to ensure food safety procedures are followed.

      • The facility is performing manual dishwashing using only a single-compartment sink. Proper manual dishwashing is not feasible with a single sink.Corrective action required:-Install a commercial dishwasher; or-Use single-use disposable food service utensils; or-Transfer all food-related items and children’s reusable utensils to the central kitchen for proper washing and sanitizing.
