      • 11/19. There was a gap in the weatherstripping for the back door in the storage room.Repair weatherstripping.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 11/19. 1) The baseboard underneath the front counter was damaged.Replace baseboards. 2) The shelf above the dishwashing sinks was water damaged and needs to be replaced.

      • There was no surface sanitizer prepared at the time of the inspection. A 100ppm surface sanitizer solution was prepared during the inspection. 1/2 tsp mixed with 1L of water. Ensure a 100ppm surface sanitizer solution is prepared and available during operational hours.

      • There was an open can of food in the standing cooler. Foods must not be stored in open cans of food

      • 11/28. Violation Outstanding. Please have weatherstripping repaired to prevent entry if pests. Violation (Outstanding): A gap was observed at the back door. Please seal off the gap to prevent pest entry.
