- No test strips are available on site for QUAT and chlorine sanitizer solutions.Ensure that test strips for the sanitizer of choice are available on site.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- No soap and paper towels were observed next to the hand sink in the bar area.Ensure that all hand sinks are supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.

- No records of pest monitoring were observed on site. Printed copies of AHS pest control checklist template were provided to the operator.Ensure that pest monitoring is completed monthly with records kept on site.
- 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
- A stainless-steel slotted spoon was noted to be left inside the ice machine with the handle touching the ice. Operator removed the utensil during the inspection.Ensure that utensils used as ice scoops are stored in a clean designated container.
