- Walk-in cooler was not equipped with a functional thermometer. Staff were able to put a thermometer into the walk-in cooler during the inspection. Ensure that all freezer and cooler units are equipped with a functional thermometer to monitor and verify temperatures. **Note: Walk-in cooler was measured at a temperature of 1.8 degrees

- Lactic acid sanitizer test strips were observed to have expired. Ensure that new test strips are obtained to accurately test and verify the concentration of sanitizer solutions for effective sanitization of food contact surfaces & food equipment.**Note: Facility also has quats sanitizer and the corresponding test strips. Staff were instructed to use quats sanitizer solution in lieu of obtaining new lactic acid test strips

- Hand washing sink was observed to have food equipment inside the basin. Operator removed food equipment from the sink during the inspection. Ensure that designated hand washing sinks are unobstructed and easily accessible so kitchen staff can complete proper hand hygiene processes.
