      • - Observed that grounds meats were not being properly reheated prior to putting in hot holding unit. Discussed proper re heating procedures with individuals.- Coolers throughout = 1 to 3ºC- Walk in cooler = 4ºC- Freezers in walk in cooler = -15 to -22ºC= Hot holding unit temperature increased at time of review.
