- The kitchen hand sink located by the office did not have splashguard protection and it was situated adjacent to a food preparation table.Install a washable splashguard with a minimum height of 12 inches.

- The kitchen had handwashing sinks, a food preparation sink, a pre-rinse sink, a dishwasher and a single compartment sink.Replace the single compartment sink with a two compartment sink in the dishwashing area. Ensure that sink basins can accommodate the largest equipment or utensil.
