- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Additional hand sink required by the band saw as raw meat area was greater than 10 ft from the back hand sink.Both front and back hand sinks had soap and paper towels. Staff washroom was also fully equipped with supplies.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Final baseboards required to be installed throughout the facility. The area between the bandsaw and the cookline was waiting for a larger sheet of metal to partition the area. In the interim, there was a triangle shape barrier. Full lighting by the three-compartment sink was required. Currently, the dishwashing area was inadequate/dim.*Please note the prep cooler in front of the cookline was not fully secured/locked. Movement of the unit may affect the electrical pole behind it. Also, some of the tables were not fully stable on the floor, please make sure the tables are not wobbly.
