      • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. EXCESSIVE GREASE BUILD UP AND DEBRIS, MUST CLEAN FLOORS THRU-OUT FACILITY UNDER, BEHIND, BETWEEN EQUIPMENT AT CORNERS AND ALONG WALLS.
    • 35. WALLS, CEILINGS, ATTACHED EQUIPMENT CONSTRUCTED PER CODE: GOOD REPAIR, SURFACES CLEAN AND DUST-LESS CLEANING METHODS
      • The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. MUST CLEAN WALLS BEHIND COOKING EQUIPMENT, CLEAN HOOD AND FILTERS ABOVE ALL COOKING EQUIPMENT, CLEAN CEILING ATTACHMENTS, REPLACE MISSING AND DAMAGED CEILING PANELS THRU-OUT AND SEAL OPENINGS AROUND PIPES AND ON WALLS TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY.
