Unable to check the pot washer, not sure if it meets sanitizing temperatures.Provide a method to verify that the pot wash meets sanitizing temperatures.

- Giant milk cooler doors were not aligned with the hinges, slight gap along the frame. Large amount of dust build-up by the fan units. No issues with giant milk cooler temperature, it was measured between 0 to 2 degrees C. Fix the door and clean the fan unit.
