      • ** - evidence of mice was observed. Please clean and disinfect and continue to clean and disinfect these areas. ** - permanently close up holes and entrances into walls and harborage as per pest control instructions.

      • ** - poor sanitation, mouse urine and droppings was observed areas around/near food storage. Hot food also exhibited mouse contamination and urine.
