      • Freezer jackets were placed on food contact surfaces. Please hang them on the designated hooks in the appropriate area.

      • During the inspection the sanitizer concentration at the dishwashing sink in the produce section was measured at 0 ppm.Produce manager found out that sanitizer was not being properly dispensed.The violation was corrected during the inspection.Sanitizing solution (Quatz) was remeasured at 200ppm.Please make sure to check the sanitizing solution on the routine basis.

      • During the inspection it was observed that one of the hand washing in the bakery section was obstructed by the empty cart.Discussed with the operator that all the handwashing sinks must be accessible to food handlers.This violation was corrected during the inspection.

    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Food was being stocked in one of the open display freezers above the "load limit" line. This is not acceptable as this will decrease the air flow of the equipment causing temperatures to rise.- Assistant manager moved the food items below the "load limit" line during the inspection.- Assistant manager will remind/educate staff to not stock this equipment above the "load limit" line.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There is a long hose attached to the faucet of the mop bucket sink that is not equipped with a backflow prevention device (e.g. an air gap, a vacuum breaker, shut-off valve, etc.). - Please ensure there is a backflow prevention device equipped at the noted location in order to prevent potential backflows through cross-connection.Some options include:- Install a shorter hose that does not reach the sink basin (air gap)- Install a shut-off valve before connecting the hose- Disconnect the hose if/when it is not being used

      • Worker apparel, such as jacket were observed on the Bakery cooler prep table (by cake display). Please ensure that items that are not associated with food handling are stored in a designated space so as to not contaminate food products and contact surfaces.

      • Produce area floor is not well maintained and clean.Calcification on the dishwaher at the bakery area.Please ensure these areas are cleaned and sanitized.
