      • Facility does not have a method for testing bakery high temperature dishwasher. Ensure that there is an ability to test dishwasher at least daily to ensure sanitizing temperatures are being achieved at the dish level.

      • There was an accumulation of dust on the fan covers of the walk-in coolers. Each department walk-in cooler fan covers required cleaning.
